Connection help

Stuck connecting or reconnecting? Work through these checks, then try the game again after each change. Your browser, network, VPN, or security settings may be preventing the connection.

Before you start

Server status

Seeing “Server is full”? All player spots are occupied. Leave the game tab open; it will keep checking for a spot. If other players are having trouble at the same time, check Discord for reports of a server issue.

  1. Step 1:Check your browser and graphics

Update your browser. In your browser settings, search for “graphics acceleration” or “hardware acceleration” and enable it if available. Then quit the browser, open it again, and retry the game.

Graphics acceleration helps the game render. Enabling it does not confirm that your network can reach the game server, so continue below if you are still stuck.

  2. Step 2:Test HTTP/3 and QUIC

The browser game connects using WebTransport over HTTP/3 and QUIC. A network can load ordinary websites while blocking this type of game connection.

Open Cloudflare’s HTTP/3 test(opens in a new tab). If it reports HTTP/2, refresh a few times. If it continues to report HTTP/2, your browser or network may be limiting QUIC traffic.

This is a clue, not a definitive game connection test: HTTP/3 working on another site does not prove that WebTransport can reach Reloaded’s server.

  3. Step 3:Try a mobile hotspot

If available, connect the same computer to your phone’s mobile hotspot instead of your usual network, then try the game again. Mobile data charges may apply.

Works on the hotspot? That points toward your usual network, router, ISP, or network-specific filtering. Check the VPN and security settings below.

Still stuck? Continue with the checks below. A failed hotspot test does not rule out a browser, device, or server issue.

  4. Step 4:Check your VPN

If you use a VPN and can disconnect it, disconnect and fully quit the VPN application, restart the browser, and retry. Some VPN applications continue filtering traffic after showing “disconnected.”

If this helps, check with your VPN provider about HTTP/3, QUIC, and WebTransport support.

  5. Step 5:Review security software

Check Windows Firewall or third-party security software for web protection, HTTPS scanning, network protection, or traffic filtering that may block the browser’s connection.

Use the product’s support instructions to check for blocked traffic and allow the game connection. If you temporarily change a protection setting to test, restore it afterward; avoid leaving your firewall or antivirus disabled.

  6. Step 6:Check your router or gateway

Look for advanced security, threat protection, parental controls, safe browsing, or traffic filtering. One player reported that an AT&T gateway’s ActiveArmor protection interfered with their connection.

Ask your ISP or router support: “Could this gateway be blocking HTTP/3, QUIC, or the game’s outgoing UDP connection?” Include your router’s make and model. UDP port 443 is commonly used for HTTP/3, but the game server may use a different port.

You do not need to set up inbound port forwarding. If you test a security-setting change, restore it afterward and ask support for a targeted exception.

Still stuck?

You can ask for help at any point, even if you cannot complete every check. Post in the community Discord and include:

  • The exact status or error you see, and approximately when it happened.
  • Your browser version and operating system.
  • Whether the HTTP/3 test and mobile hotspot test worked, or were not available.
  • Any VPN, security software, and router model, plus which steps you tried.

Do not share passwords, email login codes, or session tokens.
